Due to coronavirus, orders can take up to 4 days from the purchase date to be shipped. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking number.

Please keep in mind that order numbers don’t instantly update with Available Tracking Status. If your tracking number shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed. Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should start updating within a few business days. Due to coronavirus, orders can take up to 7 days to show in the carrier's tracking system.

The Flopping Fish Store is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before placing your order. Once an order is placed, the address can't be changed, as the shipping label is immediately printed on your package.
